For those wondering, the "Yuzu Fruit" is an actual fruit. It's indigenous to East Asia and in terms of taste, it's somewhat of a fusion of mandarin orange + grapefruit. YUMMY!!!
There's huge room for improvement, I STRONGLY agree, but don't send us back to having to figure out what the fuck this particular author's interpretation of a 'grapefruit' is
